Fire Baked Mac and Cheese (Can be done in oven)
Every kid loves mac and cheese, I think. So when I was planning our recent camping trip and trying to decide what to take that my baby would like to eat, Fire Baked Mac and Cheese seemed like just the right thing.
It was quick to put together at home and heat up at the campsite. The mac and cheese was eaten by both adults and baby and got a thumbs up. It could easily be done at home in the oven if you were not camping as well.
This dish could be served with some wieners, kielbasa, or summer sausage on the side. Enjoy this recipe the next time your family takes a camping trip!
