Bacon Cabbage Fried Rice
Not much can go wrong when you are frying cabbage with bacon. My husband found this recipe for me and I adapted a number of things that I thought may improve it and to make it my own.
This rice has a nice Asian flavour but a bit lighter than your typical chicken fried rice since it is half cabbage and makes for a really good side dish. However, it could easily be adapted to a main dish meal as well by adding some eggs or more meat.
